• The Unit comprises of steam jacket Electrically Heated Inner lid made SS work .
• The steam generates from the jacket.
• These vertical autoclaves are triple walled units. 
• Outer body of autoclave is constructed out of thick gauge stainless steel sheet of SS- 304 grade.
• The inner chamber is also made of 01 1884.00 heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. 
• The middle wall is also constructed from the strong  stainless steel sheet of s.s. – 304 grade s stainless steel sheet.

• The chamber is made of 16SWG304 SS.
• Pressure gauge, water outlet valve and air inlet valve, SS steam condenser, tube with SS eject valve.
• The pressure is controlled from 1.2 kg. to 2.00kg./cm2.
• Working temperature of 121 Degree C.
• Working pressure – 15 psi up to 30 psi. 
• Used to sensor Chember, Alarm , Low Water and timer used 
• used to Door Radial and Hinged type as per Requirment.

• Optional accessories should be provide as per requirement.
• Size/capacity also customized.
• Warranty As per  order Contract .
