Esteem Muffle Furnace High Temperature

Furnace Maximum Temp. is 1400ºC and working temp ≤ 1300ºC. The casings are made of thick Stainless Steel Sheet reinforced with screw joints and welding wherever necessary. Heating elements made of Kanthal wire special high temperature alloy and completely surrounded on the heating chamber, assuring the most uniform distribution of heat and protect heating elements against damage and chemical deterioration and are highly efficient. Lightceramic insulation provide in to the furnace body which avoids loss of energy. Pyrometer is equipped with chrome alumel thermocouple.

Temperature: the furnace can be operated continuously up to 600˚C. temp is controlled by sun Vic energy regulator fitted in front of the furnace with two indicating lights The control panel consists of temp control regulating knob with two long life neon lights which glows while the furnace is ‘ON’ the apparatus is complete which one pyrometer . thermocouple , silver thermal fuse , 2 meter main lead with power plug to work on 220/230 V AC

Furnace Muffle high temp Temperature up to 1400°C digital/analog, silicon carbide rod for heating the furnace. The casing is made of thick SS reinforced with riveting screw joints and welding whenever necessary heating zone consisting of rectangular horizontal shape totally enclosed ceramic muffle. Heating is done by silicon carbide rods assuring the most uniform heat. Light weight insulation is cast permanently into the furnace body which avoids loss of energy .furnace is equipped with a dependable digital controller calibrated 1600C and is equipped with PT/RH thermocouple.
