These water distillation plants have been designed to meet with the requirements of best quality of distilled water. These are best suitable for removing all type of impurities (organic, inorganic, gaseous, bacterial and pyroganic) leaving a final pure distillate.
The evaporators are fitted with a set of totally immersed long life heating elements and heavily quoted with tin metal. The elements are easily removable. these are of self ejection type and in case of short supply of water burn outs are nit possible. A convenient drain valve is provided for flushing and easy accessibility to the entire evaporation chamber makes cleaning extremely easy.
It is double walled. The outer and inner (boiler) is made of SS. The gap between walls is filled with special grade glass wool to a void loss of heat. The condenser is made of SS. The top of boiler is made of SS sheet of chromium plated die casted gun metal. The inlet water washing in to the stills flows around & out side of the condenser tubes where it become pre heated nearly to the boiling point. The pre heated water than passes out of the condenser & give way out to the gaseous and volatile impurities in the atm with the help of special device incorporated here in and finally enters the boiling pan for distillation. The constant level automatically maintains a particular height of water in the boiling pan and allows excess of water
to go out. The boiling water is converted in to pure clean dry steam which rises through the baffles to finally run over to the condenser tubes and it is condensed in to distilled water. By turning the cock the boiling pan is rapidly and thoroughly flushed of its concentrated impurities which it has collected from the water supply.

- Boiling Chamber, Lid, Cooling Condenser and any other part coming into contact with water/steam should be made of 304 quality stainless steel.
- Heating is achieved with kettle type immersion heaters (two)’.
- Electricals: should work on 220/440 volts, AC Mains, the line cord/ Power cord supplied with the equipment shall be of acceptable durability, length, and current carrying capacity
complying with Indian Standards. - Capacity of the plant should be 5 litres (approx.) per hour, should be provided with necessary safety features such as automatic disconnection of heater connections.
