APPLICATION SCOPE:

• Surgical instruments: shears, plier’s forceps and other metal instruments etc.
• Vessel: dressing change, bending disk, tube, beaker, etc.
• Anesthesia instruments: anesthesia tube, breathing bag, mask, various catheters, etc.
• Surgical shoes, endoscopic instrument, dental hand piece and so on.

PRODUCT FEATURE & FUNCTION:

• Whole processes including enzyme washing, rinsing1, rinsing2, disinfecting, oiling and drying, adjust parameter during phases flexibly.
• Would be equipped with independent temperature monitoring.

• With reservoir tank
• Will be provided with customized programming
• With three phase preventer.
• With GPS tracking device to monitor circulating water pressure and monitoring to make sure that the machine is not a running process with pressure that is too low or too high.
• Provision for differential pressure monitoring of filter drying
• The time of the whole process (electric heating) ≤45 minutes.

• Double interlocked door with glass panels.

• The lifting of motorized sealing doors adopts bilateral synchronous transmission mode, which is stable and reliable.
• Will have built in self cleansing debris filter.
• Washer will have inbuilt heating elements in the sump for hot water supply. It will  have adequate capacity to heat the water (Approx. 12-16 KW/26KW heating elements).
• Would have an automatic drying sensor to adjust drying time on humidity.
• Injection wash carts would be automatically be connected to water and drying air.
• All cleansable spray wing will be located at the top and bottom of the chamber
• Automatic downward opening door model with far infrared ray hand-protected design gives an alarm in advance when it encounters obstacle, which protects operator safety without touching obstacle.
• The device with network extended interface and USB interface can realize interconnection and store cleaning record from U disk.
• The washer would have quick opening valves, process tank , booster tank and drain tank.
• Will contain means of air heating, condenser and heat exchanger.
• Automatic chemical dispensing.
• There is provision to view in process viewing in the chamber through glass chamber.

SAFETY DEVICE:

• Leakage protection: The device will trip automatically to protect operator when meeting leakage accident.

Will be provided with audible alarm for following:

• Overheating protection: Alarm for protection when heating tube temperature is too high during the process of drying.
• Fan Protection: Alarm for protection in order to prevent the fan from locked rotor and overheat when sundries enter into the fan.
• Low soap alarm.
• Cycle pump protection: Alarm for protection in order to prevent the fan from locked rotor and overheat when sundries enter into the fan.
• Door motor protection: Alarm will work for protection in order to prevent the door motor from locked rotor and overheat when the door get stuck.
• Door safety protection: Alarm will work for protection in order prevents the door from extrusion deformation.
• Hospital currently uses Getinge 46-series, Similar technology to ease service and training an added advantage  (room D-G32/3, Drawing C-D02-rev-D).
• Floor mounted with chamber in good working height.
• Material  : Stainless Steel EN 14404, ASTM 316 L, Finish: Ra 0.45-0.7

Safety Features:
