    • Fine Security Filtration: Advanced pre-security assembly with a <5 μm fine filter, 20″ 5-micron cartridge filter, and 20″ block active carbon filter, paired with localized pressure monitoring.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

A fully integrated, multi-stage water purification plant engineered to produce ≥ 2,000 Liters/hour of high-purity product water from a potable feed source. Built on an expandable modular architecture, the system combines advanced pre-filtration, automatic softening, two-stage reverse osmosis (RO), and a sanitary distribution network with full HIMS connectivity for complete compliance tracking.

MODULAR SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

  • Stage 1: Pre-Treatment & Security Filtration
    • Multi-Media Filtration: Quartz sand and activated carbon media housed in a durable FRP tank with an automated multi-port control valve (supports forward wash, backwash, and regeneration cycles).
    • Fine Security Filtration: Heavy-duty pre-security housing equipped with a <5 μm security filter, dedicated pressure gauge, 20″ 5-micron cartridge filter, and 20″ block active carbon filter.
  • Stage 2: Intelligent Water Softening

  • Monitored Parameters & Diagnostics:
    • Real-time tracking of inlet water pressure, high-pressure pump pressure, product/waste pressure, and fluid flow rates.
    • Direct digital readouts for purified water temperature, raw water conductivity, and product water TDS.
  • HMI Visual Indicators: Dedicated indicators for Power, Hydrophore status, Inlet valve (open/closed), RO high-pressure pump operation, Flush valve, High/Low pressure states, Tank levels (empty/full), and Conductivities.
  • Safety Alarms: Automated audio-visual alarms that instantly stop the system if inlet flow is insufficient, pressure climbs too high, or conductivity limits are breached.
